Context

A classroom podium interface integrating multiple AV and control systems used by instructors in real teaching environments.

Problem

Instructors struggled with fragmented controls across systems, leading to inefficiency, confusion, and errors during live teaching.

Display outputs are placed around in a rectangular area with a horizontal line of display inputs ready to connect via drag and drop or clicking on the buttons to see a list of inputs for outputs and vice versa. A list of devices to click through on the left, such as Windows PC, Mac Mini, and Laptop

What I Did

- Conducted usability testing in real classroom environments
- Designed workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Identified key interaction breakdowns and inefficiencies
- Iterated designs in collaboration with engineering teams

Impact

Improved task efficiency and reduced interaction errors, informing MVP development for campus-wide rollout.
