Context

A 2D interface used by astronauts to operate rovers under simulated mission conditions.

Problem

High cognitive load and unclear navigation made it difficult for users to complete tasks efficiently in a high-stakes environment.

What I Did

- Conducted usability testing under simulated mission scenarios
- Measured cognitive workload using NASA-TLX and usability via UMUX-LITE
- Analyzed user behavior and task performance
- Iterated interface designs based on data-driven insights

Improved navigation clarity and task completion efficiency in a performance-critical environment.
